LifeART Ministries is a teaching and Wellness ministry dedicated to helping individuals and families explore the connection between the body, mind, and spirit. Through integrative health education, ministry‑aligned wellness, and community‑centered learning, LifeART supports meaningful transformation and growth.
LifeART Ministries is entering a new chapter. I’m in a quiet season of listening, studying, and allowing the work to evolve. As I deepen my education in Alternative Medicine and develop CEU‑level courses, the ministry is shifting toward more intentional teaching, spiritual alignment, and whole‑person support. This transition is slow, steady, and guided by where God is leading me.
During this time, LifeART will remain open, but offerings may be limited and service spots may be fewer as I move through this intentional restructuring.
We are growing into a space that blends integrative wellness, ministry, and education. Over the coming months, new offerings will begin to take shape, including:
These offerings will unfold slowly and intentionally. You’re invited to stay close as LifeART Ministries grows into its next expression.
Catrina Francis is an Alternative Medicine Practitioner specializing in whole‑person, trauma‑informed, and culturally responsive care. She is certified as an Expert Sound Healer, Ayurvedic Practitioner, Reiki Master Teacher, Neurofeedback Therapist, and is an Ordained Non‑Denominational Minister, integrating spiritual care with evidence‑based mind–body practices.
Her integrative approach is shaped by seven years of professional practice and lived experience navigating her daughter’s childhood cancer treatment, supporting neurodivergent children, and overcoming her family’s stress‑related health challenges. These experiences revealed the limitations of siloed medical systems and inspired her whole‑system model that blends root‑cause alternative medicine with targeted conventional support.
As the founder of LifeART Wellness Ministries™, Catrina teaches practitioners how to facilitate healing through ethical practice, cultural humility, and embodied presence. She honors lived experience, spiritual connection, and intuitive wisdom as essential components of whole‑person care. Today, she is committed to advancing integrative health through accessible education, community collaboration, and frameworks that unite science, spirituality, and compassionate care.
